ABB is looking for a Production Methodology Engineer in the Frosinone area. You will optimize assembly methods, processes, and equipment to reduce labor hours while aligning with quality, efficiency, cost, and safety targets.

Reporting to the Product Engineering Manager, you’ll define work phase sequences for new production processes and ensure alignment with product cost budgets and investment plans. The role is hybrid with travel as needed.

Competenze

• Experience in industrialization processes in electrification market is desirable.
• Strong communication in multicultural environments is expected.
• Fluent Italian and English required.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage projects across product lifecycle after sales release.
• Coordinate multi-location cross-functional teams and monitor milestones.
• Control costs, schedules and project outcomes within global org.
