ABB Smart Power in Italy, Frosinone, is seeking an experienced Production Industrialization Engineer on a fixed-term 12-month contract. You will optimize assembly methods, processes and equipment to reduce labor hours while meeting quality, efficiency and safety targets.

You will lead cross-functional projects, manage budgets and changes, work with agile teams, ensure customer value, and transfer products from development to operations, with full documentation.

Competenze

• Master's degree in management or engineering with relevant experience in electrification.
• Experience in industrialization processes in electrification markets.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Lead projects and activities through the product life cycle after release to sales.
• Coordinate multi-location cross-functional project teams and monitor resources.
• Manage cost, scheduling and objectives across a global organization.
• Ensure customer value and satisfaction while communicating change requests and risks.
