ABB in Italia a Frosinone cerca un Product Engineering Manager per ottimizzare i metodi di assemblaggio, i processi e le attrezzature di produzione, riducendo le ore di lavoro in linea con le strategie di qualità, efficienza, costi e sicurezza.

La posizione prevede gestione di progetti e risorse, controllo di costi e tempi, trasferimento di nuovi prodotti dal team di sviluppo all’operatività e collaborazione con team interfunzionali per soddisfare i requisiti del cliente.

Competenze

• Coinvolto in processi di industrializzazione nel mercato dell’elettrificazione.
• Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale/Elettrica/Megatronica.
• Ottima comunicazione in contesto multiculturale.

Mansioni

• Leading and managing projects and activities during the life cycle of the products after the release for sales.
• Coordinate work of multi-location and cross-functional project team/s. Motivate and monitor internal and/or external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.

Product Engineering Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget.

The Work Model For The Role Is

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area in Frosinone and reports to Product Engineering Manger.

This is fixed term contract - 12 months

You You Will Be Accountable For

• Leading and managing projects and activities during the life cycle of the products after the release for sales. Coordinate work of multi-location and cross-functional project team/s. Motivate and monitor internal and/or external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
• Managing the cost, scheduling and performing objectives of the projects and its work packages within a global organization. Manage interdependencies between cross-functional workstreams in order to realize specified deliverables and benefits. Ensure appropriate requirements within the projects by partnering with relevant business unit/s or external resources.
• Ensuring understanding of customer value in the projects and act to ensure customer satisfaction and manage expectations. Take into consideration requirements and demands coming from customers and from internally within ABB.
• Ensuring transparency around change requests, identify risks and ensure that they are properly managed and communicated.
• Managing all product changes and requested customizations according to the ABB gate model from the request to the release for sales. Work closely with agile teams, operation and sales units providing the best solution to fulfil the business case and customer satisfaction in terms of response and delivery time, quality level and product performance.
• Transferring new products from development team to operation with all the set of documentation (Drawings, BoM, Working Instruction, Spare parts list, Product Manuals…)

Qualifications For The Role

• You are engaged in industrialization processes in the electrification market
• Experience in similar roles will be considered a plus
• Master's Degree (5 years) in Management/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• You are at ease communicating in multicultural environment
• Dynamism, passion & willingness to grow are key elements
• Strong interpersonal skills, can manage multiple tasks effectively, and communicate clearly and professionally
• Fluent in using Italian and English language

Compensation Package

As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:

• Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico
• Minimum annual salary: € 36.000
• Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus
