ABB Smart Power in Italy, Frosinone, is seeking an experienced Production Industrialization Engineer on a fixed-term 12-month contract. You will optimize assembly methods, processes and equipment to reduce labor hours while meeting quality, efficiency and safety targets.

You will lead cross-functional projects, manage budgets and changes, work with agile teams, ensure customer value, and transfer products from development to operations, with full documentation.

Competenze

• Master's degree in management or engineering with relevant experience in electrification.
• Experience in industrialization processes in electrification markets.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget.The work model for the role is: #Li-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area in Frosinone and reports to Product Engineering Manger.This is fixed term contract - 12 monthsYou you will be accountable for:Leading and managing projects and activities during the life cycle of the products after the release for sales. Coordinate work of multi-location and cross-functional project team/s. Motivate and monitor internal and/or external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.Managing the cost, scheduling and performing objectives of the projects and its work packages within a global organization. Manage interdependencies between cross-functional workstreams in order to realize specified deliverables and benefits. Ensure appropriate requirements within the projects by partnering with relevant business unit/s or external resources.Ensuring understanding of customer value in the projects and act to ensure customer satisfaction and manage expectations. Take into consideration requirements and demands coming from customers and from internally within ABB.Ensuring transparency around change requests, identify risks and ensure that they are properly managed and communicated.Managing all product changes and requested customizations according to the ABB gate model from the request to the release for sales.
