Music & Lights Srl in Minturno, LT, Italy is offering a 6-month internship in the R&D department to join a structured training path under the Technical Director and Product Managers. You will support product development, documentation and fixture drawings, gaining hands-on experience in a real manufacturing environment.

The program emphasizes learning, with a dedicated tutor, opportunities to work across engineering, marketing and supply chain, and a potential professional apprenticeship path.

Competenze

• Basic knowledge of SolidWorks or Creo (parametric CAD).
• 2D drafting with AutoCAD (theory or practice).
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and exploded views.
• Technical English knowledge at B1 level for docs and supplier liaison.
• Basic IT skills: MS Office and email.
• No prior experience required; academic projects welcomed.

Mansioni

• Support drafting of product technical documentation and user manuals.
• Create mechanical drawings, dimensioned drawings and exploded views.
• Assist in product design and development activities.
• Support testing of parts and prototypes and compile technical reports.
• Coordinate feedback with supply chain and track progress.
• Collaborate with product specialists, tech support and marketing on product onboarding.
