You will shape opportunity strategy, define scope, and enable smoother handovers to delivery, with insights driving product evolution and market messaging across international teams.
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of MES and their role in modern production environments.
- Strong understanding of Life Sciences (Pharma) manufacturing processes.
- Ability to translate customer challenges into clear solution concepts and demos.
- Excellent spoken and written English and German communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct business process assessments for Life Sciences (Pharma) prospects to understand challenges and opportunities.
- Propose high-level solution approaches based on Critical Manufacturing MES.
- Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations and value-driven narratives.
- Create segment-specific configurations to illustrate process fit and regulatory workflows.
- Support qualification through estimations, high-level implementation plans, and scoping.
- Respond to RFPs with audit-ready input aligned with product capabilities.
- Perform ROI analyses to quantify benefits and support decisions.
- Analyze SOWs and contribute to pre-sales outputs.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Delivery to refine demos and messaging.
