Cytiva in Italy (Desio, Lombardia) is seeking an Equipment Services Global Product Manager to shape service roadmaps and market strategies for our life sciences portfolio. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing and sales to deliver differentiated service offerings, define pricing, and guide product lifecycle decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor degree and at least 3 years in Product Management, Product Marketing or Sales, with experience in Life Sciences or Equipment Services and

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in Product Management, Product Marketing or Sales.
• Experience in Life Sciences or Equipment Services.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in a global environment.
• Willing to travel up to 30–40%.

• Segment markets, identify unmet needs and benchmark competitors to inform strategy.
• Reassess service models and define new service product requirements aligned with evolving market dynamics.
• Partner with engineering and hardware teams to deliver service roadmaps on time, on budget, and to quality/regulatory standards.
• Drive launch excellence and go-to-market readiness
• Define and track KPIs, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage product care and end-of-service activities across the lifecycle
