Cytiva in Italy (Desio, Lombardia) is seeking an Equipment Services Global Product Manager to shape service roadmaps and market strategies for our life sciences portfolio. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing and sales to deliver differentiated service offerings, define pricing, and guide product lifecycle decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor degree and at least 3 years in Product Management, Product Marketing or Sales, with experience in Life Sciences or Equipment Services and

The Equipment Services Global Product Manager develops specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies. Works with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).

Who you are

• Domain expertise gained through a Bachelor Degree.
• With min. 3 years' experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or Sales
• Prior experience in Life Sciences or Equipment Services
• Experience driving projects with diverse and cross-functional teams, in a global environment
• Open to travel up to 30%/40% of the time

Base salary and level of employment

This role is classified under the applicable CCNL Commercio as first-level employee , which defines minimum terms, job classification, and baseline progression frameworks. The expected gross annual salary range for this role is €46 000 -€63 500 , determined based on objective criteria such as experience, skills, and role-related competencies.

Bonus / Incentive Pay

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay. This is the target earnings as 10% of base annual salary, subject to objective eligibility criteria and performance conditions as set out in the applicable scheme terms and conditions.
