Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Business Manager for Life Science & Healthcare in Milan. You will drive sales growth, manage strategic customers, and negotiate essential contracts, while promoting Akkodis offerings and maintaining lasting relationships with clients.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience in Life Science & Healthcare, strong business sense, and an autonomous, proactive mindset. English proficiency at B2 level is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the assigned Life Science & Healthcare portfolio.
• Manage customer relationships, including contacts, contracts and follow-ups.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms for key deals.
• Promote all Akkodis service offerings to clients and prospects.
• Monitor revenue, margins and key KPIs for your profit center.
