Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is offering an internship in Milan, Italy, supporting the European Legal Counsel responsible for Italy, Albania, Malta, Hungary and Switzerland. You will review contracts, corporate documents, and privacy/compliance files, while gaining exposure to cross-border projects.

Ideal candidates hold a law degree with strong academic performance, are admitted to the Italian bar, and have fluency in English and Italian. LL.M.

Qualifications

• Law degree with high score is required.
• Admission to the bar in Italy is required; LL.M./Master in Business Law is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Italian is required.
• Knowledge of Italian and EU law is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support and review contracts, T&Cs, marketing materials and product labels.
• Assist and review administrative and corporate documents (BoD/minutes, proxies, etc.).
• Support the Surveillance Committee under Legislative Decree 231.
• Assist on privacy, compliance and administrative documents.

What You’ll Do For Us

You will support the Legal Counsel Europe responsible for Italy, Albania, Malta, Hungary and Switzerland, in particular:

• support and review of contracts, T&Cs, marketing materials and products labels;
• support and review of all administrative and corporate documents (e.g. BoD meeting calls and minutes, Shareholders meeting calls and minutes, legal books transcriptions, proxy, etc.);
• support the Surveillance Committee ex Legislative Decree 231;
• support and review of privacy, compliance and administrative documents;
• support the European legal team on cross-countries projects;
• legislation and case law research;
• day-to-day assistance on legal matters.

Skills & Qualifications

• law degree with high score is required;
• admission to the bar in Italy as well as master in business law or LL.M. degree is a plus;
• fluency in English and Italian;
• knowledge of Italian and EU law.
