Carlsberg Italia is seeking a skilled in-house lawyer to join the Legal & Compliance team in Milan. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, support litigation and pre-litigation, and assist with compliance programs while advising internal stakeholders.

We require a Master’s degree in Law, 3–4 years’ in-house experience, fluent English and Italian, and a proactive, business-minded mindset.

What you’ll be doing

Within Legal & Compliance Dept, you will be involved in the day-to-day activities, supporting the Head of Legal & Compliance.

You will be involved in managing independently the following tasks:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (Agency, Distribution, Supply, Service Agreements; NDAs; LOIs; Sponsorship and Marketing Agreements).
• Supporting litigation and pre-litigation activities, including drafting notice letters.
• Assisting the Head of Legal with compliance programs (data protection, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, competition law).
• Providing daily legal support to internal stakeholders, including legal advice, presentation, legal briefs, and management company policies and procedures.

Master’s degree in Law.

Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in-house.

Language:

• English: Fluent written and spoken;
• Italian: Fluent written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Bar exam
• Expertise in Food Law or FMCG sector

Salary pack info

Full-time contract

Gross Annual Salary between 45 and 55 k €, STI 10%
