The Coca-Cola Company in Milan, Italy offers a one-year legal internship supporting the Europe regional counsel for Italy, Albania, Malta, Hungary and Switzerland. You will review contracts, T&Cs, marketing materials and labels, and assist on corporate documents and privacy issues.

You should have a law degree with high marks, be admitted to the Italian bar, and ideally hold an LL.M. or Master in Business Law. Fluency in English and Italian is required, and EU law knowledge is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support and review contracts, terms & conditions, marketing materials and product labels.
• Support and review administrative and corporate documents (BoD & shareholders meeting minutes, legal books, proxies).
• Support the Surveillance Committee under Legislative Decree 231; assist privacy, compliance and admin documents.
• Assist the European legal team on cross-country projects; conduct legislation and case law research; provide day-to-day legal support.
