Carlsberg Group is hiring a Legal Specialist in Milano to support the Head of Legal & Compliance in day-to-day activities. You will independently draft, review, and negotiate contracts and assist with compliance programs, while providing practical legal advice to internal teams.

The role requires 3–4 years of in-house experience, a Master’s degree in Law, and fluency in English and Italian. This is a full-time on-site position based in Milano with a potential STI bonus.

Legal Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing

Within Legal & Compliance Dept, you will be involved in the day‑to‑day activities, supporting the Head of Legal & Compliance.

You will be involved in managing independently the following tasks:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (Agency, Distribution, Supply, Service Agreements; NDAs; LOIs; Sponsorship and Marketing Agreements).
• Supporting litigation and pre‑litigation activities, including drafting notice letters.
• Assisting the Head of Legal with compliance programs (data protection, anti‑bribery, anti‑corruption, competition law).
• Providing daily legal support to internal stakeholders, including legal advice, presentation, legal briefs, and management company policies and procedures.

You also possess strong listening skills, a proactive approach, and can work within an organization with diverse internal teams in an open and effective manner. Additionally, you have a continuous‑learning mindset, passion for the role, and strong motivation to grow.

Master’s degree in Law.

Language

Minimum 3‑4 years of relevant experience in‑house.

• English: Fluent written and spoken.
• Italian: Fluent written and spoken.

Nice To Have

• Bar exam.
• Expertise in Food Law or FMCG sector.

Salary Pack Info

Full‑time contract.

Gross Annual Salary between 45 and 55 k €; STI 10%.
