Louis Vuitton is seeking a Leather Sorter Coordinator to lead a multi-site team of leather sorters across Italy, Spain, and France. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, analyze sorting data, and ensure the highest standards for classic and exotic leathers in our luxury materials hub.

You will coordinate cross-country activities, calibrate processes, report KPIs to stakeholders, and partner with production, tannery and materials teams to guarantee consistent

Competenze

Minimum 5 years in material quality, leather sorting, or cutting, ideally within luxury sector.
Successful managerial experience leading multi-site or remote teams is essential.
Proven expertise in leather (classic and exotic leathers) is a strong prerequisite.

Mansioni

Lead the team of 10 leather sorters across Italy, Spain, and France.
Coordinate cross-site sorting practices for classic and exotic leathers.
Drive data-driven performance management and KPI reporting to stakeholders.
Act as central point of contact between the team and internal departments.
Foster continuous improvement and calibration campaigns across sites.
