Louis Vuitton is seeking a Leather Sorter Coordinator to lead a 10-person team across Italy, Spain, and France. You will drive continuous improvement, standardize sorting practices for classic and exotic leathers, and act as the main liaison with materials, production sites, and tannery operations.

Fluent Italian and French are required; Spanish is a plus. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-country collaboration within the luxury materials hub.

Competenze

• Higher education background; solid experience (min 5 years) in material quality, leather sorting, or cutting.
• managerial experience leading multi-site or remote teams is essential.
• Proven expertise in leather (classic and exotic) is a strong prerequisite.
• Proficiency in Italian and French; Spanish is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead a team of 10 leather sorters across multiple sites in Italy and other EU locations.
• Coordinate cross-country activities and harmonize sorting practices for classic and exotic leathers.
• Serve as the central point of contact between the team and Materials Hub, Leather Division, and production sites.
• Analyze sorting data, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate communication of technical information and material alerts across sites.
