• Proven experience in merchandising within international luxury environments, with a strong focus on leathergoods.
• Solid understanding of assortment planning, product structure and retail performance dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Academic background in business, fashion or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Define and implement the global merchandising approach for the category, ensuring coherence with brand positioning and product strategy.
• Build and manage the assortment, balancing continuity, innovation and entry points within leathergoods, translating inputs into structured collections and ensuring a clear collection architecture across categories and price points.
• Contribute to seasonal planning by partnering with Sales Planning to define sales targets, volume forecasts and store-level objectives.
• Monitor performance through KPIs (sell-through, margins, stock levels, rotation) and identify actions to optimize results.
• Coordinate go-to-market activities, ensuring timing, alignment and execution across all functions.
• Work with Retail and E-commerce teams to support assortment optimization and in-season performance.
