Infinity Unconventional Education is seeking a talented Corporate Learning & Development Facilitator to join their innovative team in Italy. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in facilitation and training, with a strong capability in bilingual communication.

Your role will involve creating impactful learning experiences and maintaining relationships with corporate clients. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation plan based on merit and requires relocation to either Rome or Milan.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in stand-up facilitation and behavioral training.
• Willingness to travel and relocate.
• Fluency in at least two languages as a native speaker, ideally including Italian.

Transform any learning experience into behavioral change,

Create and maintain business relations with corporate clients.

Carry out accurate needs analysis and activate proper channels to offer awesome, cost effective, fit for purpose, timely solutions in L&D and OD.

MUSTS

2+ years of experience in stand-up facilitation and behavioral training,

Will to travel and relocate

and Yes!... You really need to command at least two languages as native speaker
