AGCO S.p.A. is seeking an experienced APS Specialist to drive continuous improvement initiatives at our Breganze site, Italy. The role focuses on waste reduction, efficiency, quality and safety through Kaizen, 5S, SMED and other lean tools. This is an onsite, permanent position.
You will plan improvements with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, maintain dashboards, and coach colleagues while engaging with global partners. Fluency in English and Italian is required.

We are looking for an experienced Lean Specialist to work on identifying, planning, support and executing activities to reduce and eliminate waste in order to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, and safety among the processes related. Methodologies and tools like Kaizen approach, 5S+1, SMED, TPM/OEE, VSM, Work balance & Yamazumi, Shop Floor Management (Visual management), Problem Solving approach, LPA and others are very necessary to work within cross-functional teams, train people and support the initiatives.

CompensationApplicable salary range: €32,000 – €59,000 gross annual salary
The compensation range specified in this job posting represents an indicative range for the role. Final remuneration will be defined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity regulations.
