Job summary

Joinimagine in Biandrate, Italy, seeks a Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion) to drive Lean initiatives and build a culture of excellence across manufacturing and supply chain processes.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics (or Master in Supply Chain), with at least 2 years in CI in manufacturing or supply chain, strong data analysis, Excel and Power BI, and good English.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in continuous improvement in Manufacturing or Supply Chain
• Strong data analysis and performance measurement skills
• Fluent in English; ability to analyze processes and solve problems

Responsibilities

• Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization
• Engage Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team
• Manage and support process improvement projects
• Implement and monitor KPIs
• Promote and convey continuous improvement tools
• Manage continuous improvement opportunities and address necessary actions
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management

In this Continuous ImprovementSpecialist (OMS Champion) role you will:

• Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization;
• Engaging Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers
• Manage and supportprocess improvement projects
• Implement and monitor KPIs
• Promote and convey continuous improvement tools;
• Managing continuous improvement opportunities, addressing necessary actions;
• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management;

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;
• At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry.
• Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement;
• Good knowledge of the English;
• Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI;
• Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement
