AGCO is seeking an EHS Manager to lead the Environmental, Health & Safety function at the Breganze site, acting as the site’s RSPP and ensuring compliance with Italian regulations and AGCO standards.

You will lead a team of EHS professionals, drive risk assessments, audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with site leaders to elevate environmental performance and safety across operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with EHS management systems and ISO 45001.
• Strong knowledge of Italian health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Fluent Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Lead the Environmental, Health & Safety function at the Breganze site, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and AGCO standards.
• Act as the site's designated RSPP and provide leadership and guidance on EHS matters.
• Lead a team of EHS professionals and collaborate with leaders to strengthen safety performance and drive continuous improvement.
