Trina Solar is seeking a senior technical project leader for utility-scale PV and BESS projects in Italy. You will own the technical scope, validate design deliverables, and manage risks across the full lifecycle from development to COD.

Expect extensive coordination with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to meet grid connection and permitting requirements. The role requires strong engineering skills, experience with PV/BESS design tools, and fluent Italian and English.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on utility-scale PV/BESS projects.
• Experience with permitting and regulatory processes in Italy.
• Strong understanding of grid connection and project lifecycle.
• Proficient in coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent Italian and English communication.

Mansioni

• Lead development and execution of comprehensive project plans including objectives, budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Own the technical scope of utility-scale PV and BESS projects, including design validation and risk management.
• Drive technical reviews of engineering deliverables and supplier documentation for compliance.
• Coordinate and support RFQ/RFP processes, technical specifications, and contractor evaluations.
• Review PV and BESS designs to ensure alignment with grid codes, permits, and budget.
• Act as primary technical liaison between internal teams, clients, and contractors.
