Trinasolar ISBU in Italy seeks a Senior PV & BESS Engineer to lead technical scope of utility-scale PV and BESS projects, manage design validation, grid connection planning, and permitting activities, while coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

The role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, 5+ years in renewable energy, experience with AutoCAD, PVsyst, MS Project, and fluent Italian and English; willingness to manage complex cross-country permitting and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility‑scale renewable energy projects, with PV and BESS exposure.
• Experience with permitting, grid connection, and regulatory compliance in Italy.

Mansioni

• Lead development and execution of project plans, including objectives, budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Own technical scope of PV and BESS projects, including design validation and system integration.
• Review engineering deliverables and supplier documentation for standards and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate permitting activities and grid connection planning with Italian authorities.
• Act as the technical liaison among internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.
