Flextronics in Milan, Italy, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for Medical Equipment & Diagnostics. Based in Milan, you will lead system-level architecture definitions and engage with clients on complex medical programs, driving innovative cross‑domain solutions.

You will collaborate with mechanical, electronics, controls, embedded software, and sensor teams, building prototypes, supporting validation, and translating requirements into robust specifications. Fluent English is required.

Competenze

• Senior experience in system engineering or complex product development in regulated industries.
• Strong background in IVD, surgical systems, or advanced lab equipment.
• Broad cross-functional exposure across mechanical, electrical, embedded, controls, or sensor algorithms.
• Master's degree in a relevant engineering field and full professional proficiency in English.

• Lead system-level architecture definition and technical engagements for medical and diagnostic programs.
• Define and guide system architectures across feasibility, proof-of-concept, and development phases.
