Flex is seeking young professionals with a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering to join Flex Design Center in Milan. You will be part of an experienced team to proactively support the mechanical design of connected medical devices, executing technical assessments, simulations, and implementing cost-effective solutions from prototype development to production.

• MS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Kinematics, Mechanism and Production Technology Processes knowledge.
• CAD tool competence (CREO or SOLIDWORKS).
• Great communication skills - explaining technical topics.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Job Summary

We are looking for young professionals with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering to join Flex Design Center in Milan. In this role you will be part of an experienced team to pro-actively support in the mechanical design of connected medical devices. You will execute technical assessments, perform simulations and implement innovative and cost-effective solutions, from prototype development to full scale production.

What a typical day looks like:

You will work in a multidisciplinary team to develop the mechanical components of medical devices. Perform feasibility studies and build proof of concept prototypes for assessment. Provide high quality technical reports supported by simulations and/or lab tests.

Here is some of what you'll need:

• MS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Kinematics Mechanism and Production Technology Processes knowledge.
• CAD tool competence (with preference for CREO or SOLIDWORKS).
• Great communication skills - explaining technical topics.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
