Flex is seeking young professionals with a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering to join Flex Design Center in Milan. You will be part of an experienced team to proactively support the mechanical design of connected medical devices, executing technical assessments, simulations, and implementing cost-effective solutions from prototype development to production.

Competenze

• MS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Kinematics, Mechanism and Production Technology Processes knowledge.
• CAD tool competence (CREO or SOLIDWORKS).
• Great communication skills - explaining technical topics.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Support the mechanical design of connected medical devices as part of an experienced team.
• Execute technical assessments, perform simulations, and implement innovative, cost-effective solutions from prototype development to mass production.
• Develop feasibility studies and build proof-of-concept prototypes for assessment.
• Provide high-quality technical reports supported by simulations and/or lab tests.
