ASEE Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Mechanical Engineer to lead engineering activities across projects in Italy. The role involves overseeing site engineering functions, ensuring technical excellence, and supporting project delivery in line with specifications and client requirements, particularly for data centres.

You will review drawings, coordinate with project managers and subcontractors, and mentor engineers while ensuring health and safety standards and quality control are met on site.

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical or related discipline)
• Proven experience in a Site Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction and engineering practices
• Experience within large-scale or complex projects (e.g. data centres) highly desirable
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Good IT skills for reporting and documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full driving licence
• Full unrestricted right to work in the EU without future visa or sponsorship requirement

Mansioni

• Lead and manage all site engineering activities across projects
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with design intent and project requirements

• Supervise and mentor site engineers and junior team members
