ASEE Group is seeking an experienced Site Mechanical Engineer to lead engineering activities across ASEE Ltd projects in Italy, with a focus on data centres and complex environments. You will oversee site engineering functions, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with client specifications and standards.

Key responsibilities include leading teams, interpreting drawings, coordinating with project managers and clients, and ensuring safety and quality.

Competenze

• Degree in engineering (Mechanical or related).
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction and engineering practices.
• Experience on large-scale or complex projects (e.g., data centres).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Strong health & safety awareness and site practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage all site engineering activities across projects.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specs and design docs.
• Ensure works follow design intent and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and client reps.
• Supervise and mentor site engineers and junior team members.
