ASEE Group is seeking an experienced Site Mechanical Engineer to lead engineering activities across ASEE Ltd projects in Italy, with a focus on data centres and complex environments. You will oversee site engineering functions, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with client specifications and standards.

Key responsibilities include leading teams, interpreting drawings, coordinating with project managers and clients, and ensuring safety and quality.

Competenze

• Degree in engineering (Mechanical or related).
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction and engineering practices.
• Experience on large-scale or complex projects (e.g., data centres).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.

This role is responsible for overseeing site engineering functions, ensuring technical excellence, and supporting project delivery in line with specifications, client requirements, and industry standards, particularly within complex and critical environments such as data centres.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all site engineering activities across projects
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with design intent and project requirements
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and client representatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical or related discipline)
• Proven experience in a Site Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction and engineering practices
• Experience within large-scale or complex projects (e.g. data centres) highly desirable
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Good IT skills for reporting and documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full driving licence
• Full unrestricted right to work in the EU without future visa or sponsorship requirement
