Leonardo S.p.A. is seeking a Senior Lead Architect – Security by Design for GCAP HQ in Reading, UK, with a base in Italy. The role embeds security across the system lifecycle, guiding Product Owners and Delivery Managers to build compliant, secure digital solutions.

You will drive governance, lead security by design initiatives, manage stakeholders, and ensure adherence to risk and regulatory requirements while fostering secure delivery across complex programs.

Formación

• At least 5 years in a similar role within defence, aerospace, or highly regulated environments.
• Professional certification in cybersecurity or security architecture (e.g., CISSP, CISM, SABSA).
• Knowledge of NIST cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST SP 800 series).
• Degree in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, or related technical discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Define, implement, and continuously improve Security by Design across digital solutions and architectures.
• Advise on secure design and development across engineering and delivery teams.
• Translate security policies and risk requirements into actionable design standards and governance models.
• Lead security audits and assessments to ensure standards compliance and drive improvements.
