Job summary

Leonardo, a global technology leader, seeks an Agile Delivery Specialist for GCAP HQ in Reading, UK, with an Italian base location. The role embeds Agile principles across cross-functional teams to deliver secure digital platform capabilities, focusing on flow, predictability and governance.

You will partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads and Security, coach ceremonies, remove impediments, and help evolve Agile standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Agile delivery within complex digital or platform-based environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and techniques and ability to adapt them to context.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, security, architecture, and product.
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and impediments in governance/compliance/security contexts.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong communication and influencing skills at multiple org levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and embed Agile delivery practices to enable predictable, value-driven delivery in secure digital platforms.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, roles, ceremonies, and artefacts, driving continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies to be effective and outcome-focused.
• Identify, manage, and remove delivery impediments; escalate risks and dependencies as needed.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and Security to align delivery priorities with platform and business goals.
• Ensure delivery activities align with governance, risk, and security requirements.
