Job summary

Fidia Farmaceutici S.P.A. seeks a Process Engineering Expert to strengthen the Corporate Industrial & Process Engineering Team. You will oversee the development and implementation of plant investment projects, ensuring designs, execution, GMP and HSE compliance, and on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include creating PFDs, P&IDs, layouts, supplier evaluation, and document handover. Collaboration with PMO, QA, and Production is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• Experience in chemical/pharma manufacturing projects, including plant construction or consultancy, is required.
• Knowledge of GMP and end-to-end project management is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel, is expected.
• English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of plant investment projects.
• Set up Process Flow Diagrams, P&IDs, and plant layouts with designers and control-system specs.
• Identify suppliers, evaluate offers, draft cost estimates, and prepare authorization requests.
• Collaborate with PMO to manage budgets and timelines for projects of varying size.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover, ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
• Work with Metrology, Production, Maintenance, and QA on plant qualification and storage of docs.
