CISA Faenza Plant, a brand of Allegion, is seeking a Production and Material Planner to align master production schedule with operations, coordinating manufacturing and assembly to meet customer demand and optimize resources.

You'll work with cross‑functional teams to resolve delays, manage material requirements and implement lean improvements. Engineering/management degree and English fluency required; 2-3 years in production planning preferred; Italian locale.

Formación

• Engineering/management degree required.
• English fluency in conversation and writing essential.
• 2-3 years in production planning roles in a structured company.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with internal and external colleagues.
• Strong execution ability to meet targets, time and budget.
• Lean knowledge preferred through transformation projects.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes manufacturing and assembly plan consistent with master scheduling and service level goals.
• Coordinates material requirements to support production and assembly processes.
• Implements planning tools and Lean improvements to optimize processes.
• Monitors schedule performance and maintains priorities to meet plans.
• Daily meetings with cross‑functional teams to resolve delays, shortages and priorities.
• Interfaces with functional groups to resolve problems in planning and production.
