Job summary

Coca-Cola HBC is seeking a Group eRetail & FSA Business Analyst to lead data and insights for the growing eRetail & FSA stream in Lombardia, Italy. You will drive performance analysis, sell-in/sell-out reviews, and connect data with revenue growth across countries and categories.

You will own eRED reporting, collaborate with data suppliers, and develop analytics tools to enable strategic decisions. A strong background in online data analytics and Power BI is required.

• Experience in data analytics with online environment understanding.
• Translate online sales data into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Analytical thinking and understanding of data impact on performance.
• Ability to collaborate across levels and systems.
• Experience in developing analytical tools and user-friendly insights reports; AI-enabled tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead data and insights for the eRetail & FSA stream.
• Analyze sell-in and sell-out at SKU level with reporting by country/sub-channel/category/brand.
• Manage eRED reporting and propose quick wins to close gaps.
• Connect sell-out & eRED performance to revenue growth.
• Collaborate with other functions and external data suppliers to consolidate data and connect with Coca-Cola HBC reports.
• Evaluate promo and marketing initiatives and propose best practices to scale.
• Own and develop up-to-date insights tools and datasets for the business.
• Lead data collection from e-Customers and make it actionable.
• Engage with strategic digital projects to accelerate progress via analytics.
• Work with Data Insights and Analytics to leverage offline market data.
• Own Power BI tools, verify data uploads and develop new features.
