The role focuses on stability of systems, master data governance, and timely reporting, with SOP development and stakeholder training. Strong Excel and BI tool skills, plus vendor coordination, are essential for data-supported decision making.

Competenze

• Basic sales knowledge (sell-in/sell-out, inventory, channel data).
• Hands-on experience in master data management or coordinating IT/vendors.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, Power Query) and PPT.
• Proficient in BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Fine BI) for dashboards.
• Detail-oriented with ownership of report timeliness and accuracy.
• Proactive, self-driven and deadline-focused.
• Strong documentation and compliance mindset.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Clear communication with field sales team.

Mansioni

• Act as BIS business contact to the operation team and ensure system stability.
• Log requirements, file tickets, and track to closure.
• Coordinate system upgrades, user access and permissions.
• Drive data capture standards and align input with reporting needs.
• Prepare and publish daily to quarterly reports on schedule.
• Maintain SOPs and master data standards; provide training.
• Run quality checks and data cleansing; ensure data accuracy.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests and prepare management materials.
