Job summary

Argotec in Italy seeks a Flight Dynamics and Mission Analysis Lead to coordinate a pool of FD/MA engineers and oversee the development, validation and execution of flight dynamics products during LEOP, commissioning and routine operations. You will work with Systems Engineering to support spacecraft and mission definition and ensure integration with Mission Control Software.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of flight dynamics principles and orbit analysis.
• Strong programming skills in Python, MATLAB, or C++.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain flight dynamics concepts, procedures, and validation logic.
• Coordinate and oversee FD/MA activities across the mission lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership and interface with customers and stakeholders.
• Support spacecraft and mission definition with orbital concepts and analyses.
• Oversee FD/MA tools deployment and integration with Mission Control.
