Job summary

Argotec S.r.l. is seeking a Flight Dynamics and Mission Analysis Lead to coordinate a team across flight dynamics and mission analysis.

You will drive the development, validation, and execution of FD and MA activities throughout LEOP, commissioning, and routine operations, working with Systems Engineering to align objectives with flight control and mission planning. The role requires an advanced degree, 5+ years in aerospace, strong programming skills in Python/MATLAB/C++, and exceptional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the aerospace sector.
• Hands‑on and proactive approach with ability to work with tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain flight dynamics operational concepts, constraints, procedures, and validation logic.
• Coordinate, plan, and oversee all Flight Dynamics and Mission Analysis activities.
• Act as primary technical coordination interface for FD/MA within Flight Operations.
• Oversee FD software tools and issue management.
• Coordinate Mission Analysis, Navigation, and GNC activities during operations.
