Mane Contract Services in Milan, Italy, is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design, engineering coordination, installation, commissioning and handover on a major data centre project.

You will work with the Project Manager, design team, BIM, construction teams, vendors and client to ensure robust designs, compliance and successful handover; this role offers long-term stability, leadership and career progression.

Competenze

• 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.

Mansioni

• Lead electrical engineering and design management across the project.
• Review designs, identify gaps, clashes and risks.
• Validate cable sizing and electrical solutions.
• Prepare and manage electrical technical submittals and approvals.
• Coordinate equipment procurement and technical compliance.
• Collaborate with BIM and construction teams for constructibility.
• Liaise with clients, vendors and subs to resolve issues.
• Monitor progress against construction programme.
• Conduct electrical walk-downs for compliance.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Manage test packs, FTOPs and O&Ms.
• Oversee specialists during commissioning.
• Provide technical support to estimating, procurement, and bid teams.
• Support QA and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers and graduates.
