Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in product development with strong mechatronics and CAD skills (Creo/SolidWorks/Inventor). English fluency is essential. Hybrid work is offered in COLLEGNO TORINO, Italy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in product development and engineering; 2+ years in industrial automation.
• Experience with risk assessments (FMEA) and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead machine development projects from concept to installation and commissioning.
• Act as technical lead, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Identify new technologies to improve product competitiveness.
• Develop machines meeting performance, quality, cost and lead time targets.
• Review supplier designs and ensure CE compliance; on-site testing support.
