Job summary

Steelco S.p.A – HQ in Italy seeks an Electrical Engineer to bridge electrical design with production needs in our Software & Automation department. You will work with production to optimize electrical industrialization for automated machines, ensuring safe and compliant solutions.

Required 3–5 years of experience, knowledge of Eplan and CAD tools, and good command of English. We offer an international environment with opportunities in a fast-growing field.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in electrical engineering role in metalworking or international settings.
• Knowledge of electrical and pneumatic diagrams and related standards.
• Familiarity with Eplan software; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in defining and optimizing production processes for electrical equipment installation.
• Evaluate design solutions to optimize timing and quality.
• Define onboard machine electrical wiring characteristics and harnesses.
• Prepare operating instructions and specs for production transfer.
