Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead AI Operations Engineer based in Milan, Madrid or Lisbon to design and improve AI platform reliability at scale. You will shape observability, cost management, and security across AI applications and agents.

Role requires hands-on platform engineering, SRE/DevSecOps experience, and collaboration with multiple stakeholder teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Platform/SRE/DevOps/MLOps with live services.
• Experience operating ML/Generative AI in production.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end observability for AI applications and agents.
• Lead LLMOps and AgentOps platform enablement.
• Implement automated deployment gates and canary Release patterns.
• Partner with security, privacy, and compliance stakeholders.
