Parloa in Milano is seeking a Sr Agent Architect to design end-to-end architectures for deploying enterprise AI Agents, connecting Parloa's platform to CRMs, ERPs, and ticketing systems. You will translate requirements into agent behavior, refine prompts, and collaborate across teams to ensure reliable, scalable integrations for global clients.

Competenze

3+ years in enterprise solution architecture or system integration.
Experience with SaaS deployments across CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems.
Ability to translate requirements into robust AI-driven workflows.

Design end-to-end architectures for AI Agent deployments and system integrations.
Build integrations using APIs and platforms, ensuring reliable multi-system data flows.
Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex custom integration scenarios.
Apply testing to validate architecture, integration reliability, and AI agent performance.
Translate customer workflows into structured prompts and conversational components.
Fine-tune prompts, SSML, lexicons to align with brand standards.
Document best practices and capabilities for internal and external audiences.
