Danaher Corporation seeks a hands-on professional to implement, configure, and optimize laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems, working with lab staff and cross-functional teams to deploy solutions, train users, and ensure reliable system performance.

You will provide on-site and remote support, analyze workflows for automation opportunities, deliver training, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D to drive project success.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in laboratory automation or diagnostic environments
• Strong technical knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and workflows
• Proficiency with relevant IT systems, software tools, and diagnostic technologies
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Fluency in Italian and English, plus one EU language
• Willingness to travel 50-70% across Italy or Europe
• Flexible to adapt hours based on business needs

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability and performance
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective system adoption
• Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for automation-driven efficiency
• Serve as a technical expert on automation solutions for customers and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and high-quality standards
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D to ensure project success
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of system activities and improvements
