Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher, seeks a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to implement and optimize laboratory automation and IT solutions in customer environments. You will deploy, configure, validate, and integrate diagnostic systems, provide on-site and remote support, and train staff across Italy and Europe.
The role reports to the Workflow & IT Manager within the Customer Service EMEA team.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
- Strong knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and laboratory workflows.
Mansioni
- Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability.
- Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective system adoption.
- Analyze workflows to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery and maintain documentation.
