Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher company, seeks a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist in Italy to implement and optimize laboratory automation and IT solutions. You will work with clinical laboratories, providing IT-enabled automation, system installation, and post‑sales support to ensure smooth adoption and operation.

Based in Italy with a remote work model, you will collaborate across Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D, traveling up to 50–70% across Italy/Europe.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and lab workflows.
• Proficiency with IT systems, software tools, and diagnostic technologies.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to deliver training.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of lab automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective adoption.
• Analyze workflows to optimize lab efficiency through automation improvements.
• Act as a technical expert supporting customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D to ensure project delivery.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of system activities and improvements.
