STMicroelectronics cerca una figura L&D per supportare iniziative HR e Learning & Development, inserita nel nostro team internazionale. Il ruolo prevede la progettazione e manutenzione di una learning hub, la coordinazione di progetti e la produzione di materiali didattici.

Il candidato possiede un master in Economia/Marketing/HR, esperienza in L&D, ottime competenze Excel e Office, oltre a SharePoint e Power BI. Richiesta fluente conoscenza dell'inglese e di un'altra lingua europea.

YOUR ROLE

Supporting QMT HR L&D ongoing initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

• Support the design, structuring, and ongoing maintenance of a skill-based learning hub/platform, helping keep content, resources, and navigation organized and up to date
• Support coordination and knowledge management across L&D projects - consolidating inputs from multiple stakeholders (SMEs, program leads) into structured, usable materials
• Contribute to project administration and coordination activities as initiatives scale
• Act as a central point of reference for pulling together deliverables (presentations, plans, program materials) across project teams
• Support design and execution of L&D related marketing & communication campaign through in person and ST internal social media channels

Profile / Competencies

• Strong work organization capabilities junior project management mindset
• Good communication skills (written and oral)
• Comfortable working in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment
• Proficient user of Office Suite and other digital tools, including Share point and Power BI
• Interest in the L&D/HR space

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Masters Degree in Economics, Marketing, HR & Organization
• Prior professional experience a plus, especially in L&D arena
• Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite
• Fluent in English and in another European language (Italian, French)
