Job summary

STMicroelectronics Italia is seeking a proactive professional to support QMT HR L&D initiatives. You will help design and maintain a skill-based learning hub, coordinate knowledge across L&D projects, and assist in project administration.

The role involves collaborating with SMEs and program leads to deliver structured materials and campaigns. Ideal candidates have strong organizational and communication skills, experience in a multi-national setting, and proficiency with Office tools including

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience or interest in L&D HR is a plus.
• Excellent Excel/Office skills and data-friendly mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, structuring, and ongoing maintenance of a skill-based learning hub/platform.
• Coordinate knowledge management across L&D projects with SMEs and program leads.
• Assist in project administration and coordination as initiatives scale.
• Act as a central reference for delivering materials across project teams.
• Support L&D marketing and communication campaigns through in-person and internal channels.

YOUR ROLE

Supporting QMT HR L&D ongoing initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

• Support the design, structuring, and ongoing maintenance of a skill-based learning hub/platform, helping keep content, resources, and navigation organized and up to date
• Support coordination and knowledge management across L&D projects - consolidating inputs from multiple stakeholders (SMEs, program leads) into structured, usable materials
• Contribute to project administration and coordination activities as initiatives scale
• Act as a central point of reference for pulling together deliverables (presentations, plans, program materials) across project teams
• Support design and execution of L&D related marketing & communication campaign through in person and ST internal social media channels

Profile / Competencies

• Strong work organization capabilities junior project management mindset
• Good communication skills (written and oral)
• Comfortable working in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment
• Proficient user of Office Suite and other digital tools, including Share point and Power BI
• Interest in the L&D/HR space

Your Skills & Experiences

• Masters Degree in Economics, Marketing, HR & Organization
• Prior professional experience a plus, especially in L&D arena
• Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite
• Fluent in English and in another European language (Italian, French)
