Job summary

LV Petroleum is seeking Restaurant Team Members for our travel center location. Cooks contribute to food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen while collaborating with chefs and staff. Cashiers ensure a pleasant guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include following recipes, prepping ingredients, operating grills/ovens, and assisting with inventory. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay focused under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Willingness to learn and follow kitchen protocols.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation: chop vegetables, marinate meats, measure ingredients and prep for cooking.
• Cook or assist with dishes according to menu specifications; monitor temperature and quality.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation; follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines; manage waste.
