E.ON Italia S.p.A. cerca un professionista per un contratto a tempo determinato, full-time a Milano, nell’area Procurement/Supply Chain.

Farai parte del team Customer Solution Italy, occupandoti di sistemi di approvvigionamento, digitalizzazione, analisi dei dati e ottimizzazione dei processi per offrire valore interno e supportare decisioni basate sui KPI.

Competenze

• Qualifica accademica rilevante: master o titolo equivalente con eventuale specializzazione
• Esperienza pratica in strumenti/procurement e guida agli utenti sui processi di approvvigionamento
• Capacità analitiche e di rendicontazione per report mirati
• Competenze di collaborazione interdisciplinare con stakeholder IT e di business
• Competenze SAP MM e conoscenze di SRM, Coupa, EBP, EBCN, Extranet o ECP
• Proprietà di pensiero imprenditoriale, orientamento ai risultati, lavorare in team
• Capacità di comunicare in modo chiaro con stakeholder a diversi livelli organizzativi e ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

Mansioni

• Guidare l’eccellenza dei sistemi della supply chain: contatto principale per i sistemi di procurement e supportare gli utenti
• Guidare la digitalizzazione e l’innovazione nei processi di procurement, testare funzionalità e proporre miglioramenti
• Convertire dati in insight operativi e report utili per decisioni basate sui KPI
• Creare valore operativo attraverso la gestione di contratti e richieste di acquisto e garantire l’elaborazione tempestiva
• Costruire relazioni di fiducia con stakeholder interni e favorire l’adozione dei processi e strumenti di procurement
• Contribuire a market research, sourcing e sviluppo fornitori insieme ai Category Managers
• Mantenere la qualità dei dati e guidare il miglioramento continuo delle performance di procurement

Your Field of Play

• Drive Supply Chain system excellence: become the go‑to contact for procurement systems, support users across the organization, and help ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations
• Lead digitalisation and innovation in procurement processes: explore new functionalities, test system enhancements, and actively contribute ideas that improve efficiency, usability, and process standardization
• Turn data into actionable insights: monitor procurement KPIs, analyze performance trends, and provide reporting that enables data‑driven decisions and measurable business improvements
• Create value through operational procurement: prepare contracts and purchase orders, validate purchasing requests, and ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement activities
• Deliver exceptional customer outcomes for internal stakeholders: build trusted relationships with business requesters, understand operational needs, and support effective adoption of procurement processes and tools
• Support sourcing and supplier development activities: contribute to market research, supplier scouting, sourcing initiatives, and supplier implementation together with Category Managers
• Take ownership of data quality and continuous improvement: maintain supplier and contract information, identify optimization opportunities, and help strengthen procurement performance across the organization

Are You Our Playmaker?

• Relevant academic qualification: bring a Master's degree, equivalent academic background, or a comparable professional qualification with additional specialization
• Procurement and Supply Chain systems experience: apply practical experience supporting procurement tools and guiding users through procurement processes and system-related topics
• Analytical and reporting expertise: transform complex data into meaningful reports and recommendations that support informed business decisions
• Stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills: navigate confidently between business functions, IT teams, procurement stakeholders, and suppliers while creating alignment and driving results
• SAP MM expertise: use SAP MM confidently and leverage additional knowledge of systems such as SRM, Coupa, EBP, EBCN, Extranet, or ECP to support operational excellence
• Acting as brave entrepreneurs: take full ownership of your responsibilities, use data to solve root causes, and pursue tangible improvements with a strong focus on results and progress
• Being growth-driven team players: share knowledge across functions, support colleagues, and contribute actively to shared goals while strengthening collaboration throughout the organization
• Strong communication and language skills: communicate clearly with stakeholders at different organizational levels and bring excellent local language skills together with advanced English proficiency
