COLD Store Milan — Porta Ticinese is hiring a Key Lead / Assistant Store Manager to co-lead the Milan store as second in command. You will drive operations and energy, delivering a unique guest experience and leading with numbers.

We seek someone with retail leadership, a confident presence, and fluency in Italian and English. Weekend availability and a passion for fashion and streetwear are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail, preferably fashion or streetwear.
