Cold Culture Ltd. in Milan (Porta Ticinese) is hiring a Warehouse Specialist for a 30-hour week. You will manage stock, receive goods, prep items for the floor, and support replenishment with the sales team.

You’ll keep the stockroom organized to Cold standards, participate in inventories, and contribute to brand experiences across stores. Immediate start with in-store training and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or replenishment, ideally in fashion/retail.
• Methodical, fast and efficient under pressure.
• Comfortable with physical work and high product volumes.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Able to work well in a team and coordinate with store staff.
• Available on weekends and holidays.
• Italian language required; English a plus.

Responsabilités

• Flawless receiving: check and sort all incoming merchandise and spot discrepancies.
• Organize the stockroom to cold standards; keep everything in its place.
• Prepare products for the floor: tagging, security tags, folding, presentation.
• Participate in inventories and stock counts; manage returns and transfers.
• Replenishment and sales support: restock quickly and prioritize best-sellers.
• Communicate with sales team to anticipate store needs and launches.
• Maintain clean, safe stockroom; follow internal receiving and storage processes.
• Care for product quality and propose solutions to operational problems.

YOUR MISSION

STOCK & OPERATIONS

• Flawless receiving: you receive, check and sort all incoming merchandise, spotting any discrepancy.

• You organize the stockroom to COLD standards: everything in its place, everything easy to find.

• You prepare product before it hits the floor: tagging, security tags, folding and presentation.

• You take part in inventories, regular stock counts and the management of returns, transfers and defective items.

REPLENISHMENT & SALES SUPPORT

• Street speed: you replenish fast and accurately, prioritizing best-sellers and critical sizes.

• You anticipate the store's needs to avoid stock-outs.

• You stay in constant communication with the sales team.

• You get the stockroom ready for launches, promotions, sales and peak moments.

ORDER & STANDARDS

• The stockroom as a temple: clean, tidy and safe at all times.

• You follow internal processes for receiving, storing and moving merchandise.

• You take care of the product, because it's part of the COLD experience.

IS THIS YOU?

• You have experience in warehouse, logistics or replenishment — ideally in retail or fashion.

• You're methodical, fast and efficient under pressure.

• You're comfortable with physical work and large volumes of product.

• You're available on weekends and holidays.

• You speak Italian; English is a plus.
